01Philosophy
Most AI projects fail in the same way: a beautiful prototype, an ambitious roadmap, and a quiet deprecation six months later. We're allergic to that.
Agentflow exists to put AI into the boring, load-bearing parts of a business — the inboxes, the reviews, the lookups, the handoffs — and to do it with the craft and accountability of good software engineering.
We're small on purpose. Senior people, in the room with you, building the thing. No layers, no theatre.

Why we exist.
We started Agentflow after watching too many capable teams stall on AI — not for lack of ideas, but for lack of a partner who could actually take a thing from "could work" to "is working, in production, every day."
Our backgrounds are in shipping software at scale. We bring that discipline to a field that desperately needs it.

Ship fast.
Working software in days, not quarters. Demos teach us less than production does.

If we can't point to a number that moved, we haven't actually built anything.

Iterate.
The first version is rarely the right one. We design for the second, third, and tenth.

Scope before you spend.
We define success metrics and project ROI in the Blueprint phase — before a line of code is written. If the numbers don't justify it, we say so.

A senior engineer and applied AI practitioner — the same person in the discovery call is the one writing the code. No account managers, no offshore handoffs, no junior team behind the demo.
